Pathway 1: The Grounded Approach
*For first-time KAP clients or those new to working with me
This path is designed to unfold over time. From our first intake to the day of your intensive, this journey typically spans 6 weeks. Why? Because real change takes space, and your nervous system deserves time to acclimate, explore, and prepare.
We take it slow to get it right: finding the appropriate dose, processing the first experience, and building trust with the process before we go deep.
Includes:
Intake (1.5 hrs)
KAP Prep (1.5 hrs)
Dose-Finding KAP (3 hrs)
Integration after Dose-Finding (1.5 hrs)
Full KAP Session (3 hrs)
Intensive (4 hrs)
Optional Integration Check-In (1 hr)
Admin/Charting/Emails (2–3 hrs)
Investment:
Pathway 1: Grounded Approach (6-Week Container)Individual: $4,800
Couples: $7,200
Weekend premium: +$250–$300
(Prescriber fee billed separately)
Timeline: Expect 3–6+ weeks from intake to intensive depending on prescriber availability, your schedule, and your pacing needs.
*This offering is Limited to 1–2 Pathway 1 clients/month
This is not a weekly therapy model—it’s an immersive container with a clear arc and end point.
Why is this pricing higher than standard therapy?
What you're stepping into isn't just a series of standalone sessions. It's a customized, trauma-informed healing container that spans several weeks. This work blends ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, somatic and parts-based integration, and deep nervous system care, all designed to meet you where you are and help you move through what’s been stuck for years. You’re investing in momentum, attunement, and transformation inside a carefully structured, ethical container.
It’s also designed for minimal overwhelm and maximum impact. Clients often tell me they get more out of this process than 6+ months of weekly therapy.
What if I change my mind after the first KAP session?
Great question—this work is all about listening to your nervous system. If, after your dose-finding session, you decide that continuing with KAP isn’t right for you, that’s completely okay. While this package is non-refundable once we begin (due to the time, planning, and custom structure involved), your remaining KAP session can be converted into a second therapy intensive or integration-focused session. We’ll tailor it to what feels most supportive for your process.

Pathway 2: The Direct Dive
For KAP-experienced clients or those currently working with me
This pathway is for clients who already know their therapeutic dose or have existing rapport with me. We move efficiently into high-impact work without sacrificing depth or care.
Includes:
90-minute Intake/Prep Session with me
KAP Session (3 hours, with me present)
1-Day Therapy Intensive (4 hours)
Optional Integration Check-In
Investment:
$2,500 Individual | $4,000 CouplesOptional Add-Ons
(Available for either pathway)
Extra Integration Session – $250
Additional Intensive Day – + $1,000/day

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.

Due to high demand, there is currently a waitlist for weekly/biweekly individuals and couples therapy.
To skip the waitlist, you are welcome to book a Therapy Intensive — short-term, accelerated therapy via extended sessions (1.5-4 hours).
-
Yes, I specialize in offering Therapy Intensives — extended sessions (1.5-4 hours) for unrushed, focused healing.
Intensives are available for individuals and couples, and take place in-person in my beautiful Denver office, or online in Colorado.

Weekly therapy involves 50-minute sessions, and we’ll meet across several weeks/months to achieve your therapy goals.
Intensive therapy involves extended sessions (1.5-4 hours) across 1, 2, or 3+ days. We’ll meet on a one-time basis, or on a recurring basis to achieve your therapy goals.
Clients tend to achieve their goals quicker through intensive therapy.

Moving forward, I will provide Superbills to be submitted for reimbursement for those interested in using Out of Network benefits from their insurance plan. You can learn more about this decision here.
-
Yes of course! If you have out-of-network insurance benefits, you are welcome to use them.
I am happy to submit claims on your behalf (via a company called Mentaya) or provide you with a post-session superbill, so you can coordinate with your insurance company directly. -

Or if you prefer, you can confirm the benefits of your health insurance plan, with your insurance provider directly. Just call the number on the back of your health insurance card listed under Member Services.

Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health coverage? Am I able to use these benefits for telehealth?

Do I need a referral from an in-network provider to see someone out-of-network?
What percentage of outpatient psychotherapy sessions are covered per session?
How much will I be reimbursed for a 45 minute psychotherapy session (CPT code: 90834)?
How do I submit claim forms for reimbursement?
How long does it take for me to receive reimbursement?

Your out-of-network benefits are usually pretty straightforward to use. We have two options:
I partner with a company, Mentaya, who can submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf for a small fee. After you’ve met your deductible, you can decide whether or not you want to pay for the session in full, and receive reimbursement from your insurance company via direct deposit. Or you can simply pay your co-insurance and Thrizer can cover the rest of the cost for you, while they wait for reimbursement from your insurance company.
Or if you prefer to deal with your insurance company yourself, I will provide you with a monthly superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. You will be responsible for paying for each session in full at time of appointment.
We can discuss these options in more detail on a consultation call and see what works best for you!
-
Yes, I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots in my schedule. If you do not think you can afford my full fee, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
If I’m unable to offer you a sliding scale spot, I’d be happy to offer referrals to trusted clinicians in the area.
If you’re hoping to find an in-network provider, www.psychologytoday.com is a great resource. Also feel free to check out my Resource Page.

Cash, checks, and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. Payment plans are available for intensives and retreats through Affirm, Afterpay or Klarna.
-
Before scheduling a therapy session, I do a 20 minute intro call with all potential new clients. The fee for this is $25. This gives us the chance to get to know each other. Here’s what you can expect:
I’ll ask you about why you’re seeking therapy
I’ll tell you a bit about myself and my approach as a therapist
You can ask me any questions that I didn’t cover
We’ll talk about rates, insurance, availability, etc.
-
If we both decide we're a good fit after our intro call, we'll schedule our first therapy appointment. I'll send you an invitation to log in to your portal with a couple of quick forms to complete before our first session.
-
As a Therapist, I have a non-kudgemental, curious, and relatable approach that will help us get started more smoothly. During our first few sessions, I’ll ask you a bunch of questions (it might feel like an interrogation, but it’s not!). My main goal is to get a better picture of your life up to this point. We’ll discuss your goals and where you hope to be in life and what’s blocking you from living to the fullest. Therapy can be intense and deep work, but with that, I also welcome laughter and levity. Therapy can be very fun! Ultimately, I’m here to walk alongside you and support you in building the life you’ve always deserved.
-
I meet with the majority of my clients on a weekly basis. I ask that all new clients commit to meeting weekly, for at-least the first 6 weeks. This will allow us to start off on a strong foot, so you can start seeing progress right away.
I may recommend that we increase or decrease the frequency of sessions to best meet your needs.
-
The short answer: it depends. Some people come in for a season of therapy (3–6 months) to work through something specific.
Others, especially those carrying complex trauma, benefit from longer-term support. I also have clients who choose to remain in therapy for much longer; they have seen improvements and still really enjoy having ongoing support and a place to process their thoughts and feelings each week.
I also offer therapy intensives, which condense months of work into a few days. Some clients find that a 1–3 day intensive gives them the breakthrough they need, while others continue with ongoing support or periodic check-in, intensives/extended sessions. It depends on your goals, history, and what feels sustainable. Together we’ll decide what makes sense for your nervous system and your life.
-
Individual and Couples sessions: Full payment is required for appointments that are not canceled within 48 hours.
Therapy Intensives: If you need to reschedule any of your Intensive sessions due to an emergency, contact me as soon as possible. The non-refundable deposit will be applied toward your rescheduled date. To reschedule, email me or call me.
If you cancel a rescheduled session with less than 1 week’s notice or fail to show for a rescheduled session, the full fee will be charged.
-
