Holistic Trauma Therapy Intensives in Denver, Colorado
Brainspotting | IFS | Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy | Yoga
Extended sessions for unrushed, focused healing.
The deep growth and real change that you’ve been waiting for.
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
You’ve tried therapy before, but something didn’t click for you.
You worry that because you’re different, nothing will ever work for you.
Maybe you’re newly diagnosed with autism or ADHD. Or you think you might be neurodivergent.
You’re used to feeling broken, too much, too sensitive.
Your brain is hyperactive, constantly criticizing yourself for that “dumb thing” you said 2 weeks ago, or trying to avoid being perceived.
You feel blocked from your intuition, and stuck in shame spirals.
It’s impossible to shake off the feeling that you’re letting everyone down – friends, family, co-workers… and even yourself.
You try so hard – to succeed at work, to build healthy relationships, to manage your finances – but it never feels like enough. And you’re afraid to hope that things will ever change.
If traditional weekly therapy hasn’t worked for you… it’s not your fault, and it’s not because you’re doing something wrong.
What you need is a different approach to therapy.
You need therapy that gives you TIME to process – because some things are too big, too complex for a 50-minute session.
You need therapy designed for people like you – people who feel different; neurodivergent, highly sensitive, and high-achieving folks.
That’s where Therapy Intensives come in.
Therapy Intensives consist of extended sessions (1.5-4 hours), where you can dive deep and process thoroughly – in a way that actually clicks for your brain.
In therapy with me, there’s no pressure to perform the right response. An intensive format means that there’s no need to cram everything into 50 minutes. There’s no rush. (What a relief, right?)
Holistic Therapy Intensives are for you if…
-
…but you’re eager to heal and feel better as soon as possible. Whether you’re a pilot, healthcare provider, entrepreneur, therapist, or working parent – your calendar is full, but your healing still matters.
-
You want time to process your emotions without being rushed out the door just as you’re getting somewhere.
-
You’ve spent time in therapy and still feel like something is missing – like your body, your inner parts, or your deeper nervous system responses haven’t had the space to be seen.
-
You’re drawn to therapy that includes somatic practices, nervous system work, parts work, and creative or ceremonial elements – not just talk.
In a Therapy Intensive, you’ll experience the time and space that you need to:
reconnect with yourself and your intuition
feel rested, instead of stuck in freeze mode
learn and practice self-care skills in real time
process difficult experiences that you may have never shared out loud
heal deeply, in mind and body
release shame and expand your confidence, so you can build the life that you dream of
Experience real momentum in your healing journey.
Achieve weeks/months of therapeutic progress in hours/days.

People come to me when they’re ready to try something different – and often after they’ve tried a lot of things that didn’t work.
I’m trained in cutting-edge, trauma-conscious modalities – including Brainspotting, Parts Work, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, and Yoga Therapy. In our sessions, many clients are pleasantly surprised by how deep they’re able to go – into their mind, their body, their inner parts.
I don’t flinch when things get dark. I’ll meet you in the depths of where you are, and stay with you as long as you need.
Healing doesn’t have to be scary. Healing can feel soft, creative, and gentle. That’s what you can expect when we work together.
Let’s do the powerful, life-changing work that you’ve been waiting for.
What’s the vibe of a Therapy Intensive?
In my sensory-soothing Denver office, you’ll feel right at home.
Imagine: weighted pillows, cozy blankets, soft lighting, plants for grounding, and every type of fidget that you can imagine.
This isn’t your typical therapy session – it’s a flowing, mind-body, sensory-healing experience that’s attuned to your needs in the moment.
My clients appreciate the variety of options available for processing.
In additional to verbal processing and deep-brain healing modalities, we might:
dance
put on angry music and beat the sh*t out of pillows
make art – collaging, scrapbooking, vision-boarding
use a ritual to open and close our ceremony, like lighting candles, drinking tea, and pulling an oracle card
The choice is yours, and I’ll always honor your intuition and needs.
I can’t wait to co-create your Intensive experience together.

Why choose an Intensive over weekly therapy?
-
A weekly 50-minute session looks like this:
10-15 minutes: checking in
20-30 minutes: processing
10-15 minutes: closing the session
With this format, it may take several weeks/months to fully process a single topic.
An Intensive session lasts 3-4 hours and looks like this:
10-15 minutes: checking in
160-210 minutes: deep, focused, uninterrupted processing
10-15 minutes: closing the session
In an Intensive format, you may thoroughly process a topic or resolve a specific stressor in 1 session. You’re doing more work, in less time – and feel better sooner rather than later.
-
Attending weekly sessions over a year could cost over $8,000. It’s common to spend multiple months or years in weekly therapy to address your goals.
In contrast, Intensives begin at $1,500 – and allow for deeper, more focused, and more efficient processing. You’re likely to reach your goals faster through an Intensive model, and save money in the process. Plus, you don’t have to keep taking time off of work or paying for childcare to attend your sessions.
-
For some folks, the weekly therapy model can be draining. The constant start-and-stop nature of weekly sessions means that a different life event can derail your focus each week, leaving you feeling unresolved. Furthermore, squeezing a weekly therapy session in between errands or other appointments may add to your stress.
An Intensive session allows you to dive deep into a topic, stay there, and process it thoroughly. This saves you the energy of revisiting the same issues week after week.
FAQs about Holistic Therapy Intensives in Denver, Colorado
-
A Therapy Intensive consists of extended sessions (1.5-4 hours), which allow for unrushed, focused, and concentrated healing.
Therapy Intensive Programs include the following:
Therapy Workbook
Intake Session — 1.5 hours
Intensive Session(s) — 4 hours
The exact number of Intensive Sessions depends on your needs and goals. In our initial consultation, we’ll discuss which format is best for you.
-
Due to the extended length of sessions, Therapy Intensives allow you to process in a thorough, focused, and efficient way — which is not always possible in weekly therapy. They’re a great fit if you’re too busy for weekly therapy; if 50-minute sessions are too short for you; or if you prefer to process in concentrated chunks (3-4 hours at a time) instead of revisiting the same topics week after week.
Intensives tend to save money, time, and energy in the long run.
-
1-day intensive programs begin at $1,500. During your consultation, we will discuss which intensive program is the best fit for you.
Intensive hours are billed at a higher rate than weekly therapy, due to the increased value, short-term nature, & scheduling flexibility of intensives. Weekend, in-person intensive hours are billed at a higher rate than weekday, online intensive hours.
In accordance with the No Surprises Act, you will receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) as part of your intake paperwork. This document will outline the costs of your intensive therapy program.
Once you have confirmed your intensive dates, a non-refundable deposit for half the amount of your total intensive cost is due within 1 week. This amount will be charged to your credit card number, submitted via the online client portal.
The remaining half of your intensive cost will be charged on the date of the first session.
-
It depends! You may be eligible for partial reimbursement using out-of-network benefits. Unfortunately, many insurance companies will not pay for sessions beyond 90 minutes, so by that definition the intensive session (2+ hours) is not a covered service.
It’s important to note that a formal diagnosis is required in order to utilize insurance benefits, even for partial reimbursement.
If I am in-network with your insurance provider, then you will be required to sign an opt-out form and agree to pay out of pocket. You would only be cash pay for intensive sessions (2+ hours in length).
I’m happy to provide more information to help with this process.
Please note that beginning January 2026, I will no longer be in-network with any insurance providers.
-
In a 1-day Intensive, you might work through processing a significant stressor or painful experience, significantly decreasing the negative effects (ex: disturbing thoughts, emotions, and body sensations). Additionally, you might increase your sense of confidence, self-understanding, and self-compassion.
During your consultation, we’ll identify the best format for your needs.
Please note that results vary from person to person, and exact outcomes aren’t guaranteed.
-
In 2+ day Intensive, you might work through processing a few stressors or painful experiences, experiencing deeper healing than would be possible in a weekly therapy format or a 1-day Intensive.
During your consultation, we’ll identify the best format for your needs.
Please note that results vary from person to person, and exact outcomes aren’t guaranteed.
