Digital Declutter: Monthly Review of Saves

A monthly practice for the videos you keep meaning to come back to.

If you’re anything like me, you have a folder filled to the brim of saved videos — recipes, ideas, travel plans, etc.

You saved it for a reason. Now, I’m going to hold your hand when I ask the following questions:

  1. When’s the last time you actually went back to something that you saved?

  2. Do you trust yourself to keep promises you’ve made to yourself?

Many of us have an idealized version of ourselves that has done all of the things we’ve ever saved. We can construct an entirely new identity for the duration of the video only to be lost once you scroll.

This course is your gentle guide and digital body double. Here to help you bridge the gap between the imagined version of yourself and real life. The idea is to move towards doing and experiencing. This is one way of building trust with yourself and the parts of you that dared to hope.

What You'll Learn

Keep Promises to Yourself

One thing a month, small enough that it actually happens. The practice is built so a completed month can be tiny, because what builds trust with yourself is finishing, at whatever size you can manage. Months where nothing gets done still have a place here.

Learn What You Actually Want

Your saved folder holds a record of what you reach for. Going through it on purpose shows you things about your own wanting that are hard to see from inside a single scroll. You’ll have language for why some saves feel heavy and why letting go of certain ones costs something.

Gain Practical Tools

A five minute meditation, a monthly walkthrough you do alongside me, worksheets for before and after, and a one page index you fill in for a year. Everything is built for a brain that loses the thread, with timers you set, steps you can skip, and no streak to break.
